1. Source Policy

  • News, product changes, fees, rewards, limits, availability, and regulatory information must be based on primary sources wherever possible: official Wirex pages, app notices, verified announcements, partner disclosures, exchange documentation, or other reliable first-party materials.

  • AI output may be edited heavily and must pass human review. We do not publish unreviewed machine-generated content.
  • Where AI is materially used to produce a page, the relevant section or article may note that AI assistance was used for drafting, translation, or structure, while facts remain source-based.

3. Human Review Rules

  • Every published page is reviewed by a human editor before it goes live. Editors are responsible for checking sources, dates, claims, compliance wording, and clarity.
  • Articles that may be mistaken for official Wirex communications are rejected or revised until the independent status of Wirex Insider is clear.
  • Content that implies endorsement by Wirex, guarantees rewards, hides fees, omits eligibility limits, or presents incomplete comparisons is not approved.
  • Financial or payment-related material must not be framed as investment advice. It must include clear risk language and, where relevant, explain conditions such as KYC, regional availability, fees, lock periods, reward caps, partner changes, and market volatility.
  • Pages may be returned for revision if sources are weak, facts are outdated, claims are unsupported, translations distort meaning, or the tone becomes promotional rather than informational.

4. Corrections and Reader Feedback

  • Readers can report errors, outdated information, unclear comparisons, or missing disclosures through the contact page. Include the page URL, the statement in question, and a link to the source that supports the correction.
  • We aim to acknowledge most correction requests within 2 business days. Urgent issues involving fees, rewards, security, availability, or potentially misleading financial information are prioritized.
  • If an error is confirmed, the page is corrected promptly. Depending on the severity, we may add a visible correction note, an update timestamp, or a link to the changed section.
  • If a major factual error affects user decisions, we may unpublish the page temporarily until the corrected version is ready.
  • Reports without evidence may still be investigated, but we do not alter published content based solely on opinion, rumor, or unsupported claims.
